Is it just me, or does UK singer Jamelia look like a waiter with her white and black tuxedo jacket? Don't get me wrong. The shoes and the dress underneath are superfab, but I just can't get past the unnecessary outwear. Even if she makes a fashion misstep or two, I'm still a fan of her look! We need more fashionistas of color who are willing to take a fashion leap or two.
