My twenty first birthday is April 16th. I'm throwing this big party with a 1940's masquerade theme, main colors are black and white. The decor and costumes are very burlesque style. I'm in desperate need of dress ideas. Turning 21 I want to be suoer classy, chic, yet I would love to remain sexy. I need to stand out from everyone one else in the room. I would love my dress to be red.
